Here's How it Works
Any time a check exceeds the available balance in your account, we'll transfer the exact amount of funds needed directly from your Northwestern Bank savings account into your checking account. Any transfers will appear on your next checking statement. For each overdraft transfer, a fee will also be deducted from your savings account. It's that simple.
How to Get Protected
All you need is a Northwestern Bank savings account. If you'd like to add Overdraft Protection to your checking, contact your local Northwestern Bank office or call toll-free 1-866-935-4357.
