A CSR Delivers superior customer service and acts as a Northwestern Bank Ambassador within the community.A CSR establishes a high level of customer confidence and satisfaction and strives to develop customer relationships. A Customer Service Representative is highly efficient, flexible, and able to make quick decisions based on experience, knowledge and common sense. A CSR also has the ability to manage and handle multiple tasks efficiently, and works with a service-oriented team of dedicated and supportive professionals.
