New Petoskey Business Banker
Northwestern Bank, the largest independent community bank in northern Michigan, has announced the addition of Derk Van Kuiken as a commercial loan officer for the Petoskey area.
Derk will work out of the bank's Loan Center on Lake Street in downtown Petoskey. He will provide commercial loans and Northwestern's broad array of business banking services to Petoskey and Harbor Springs area businesses.

Derk brings 12 years of banking experience to his new position, the last eight of which were in the commercial lending field. He is a graduate of Albion College. A northern Michigan native, Derk grew up in Charlevoix and now makes his home in Petoskey. He is a member of the Charlevoix Lions Club and a Habitat for Humanity volunteer.
